In owner occupied homes, the owners still reside in the home and most of their items will (usually) still be in the home while staging. A staging specialist will determine what pieces to keep, what to remove and how to re-arrange. Based on the available budget and timeline, we will then recommend any items that need to be purchased or rented to complete the stage.

We will focus on optimizing layout, decluttering, as well as minor updates and paint colors. suggestions. A vacant home is one in which the property is fully vacant of furnishings and unoccupied. All necessary furniture, artwork, accessories and rugs are included.

We stage all of the primary rooms: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom and Bath.
