The Primary Bedroom
According to the NAR (National Association of realtors)
Buyers consider the primary bedroom to be the second most important room in the house to stage.
With 43 percent of buyers saying the primary bedroom was “important” or “very important” to stage.
The primary bedroom should give a warm and welcoming energy.
The space should be easy to walk through and decluttered. Always highlight a potential seating area to showcase space and comfort.
Here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind :
Avoid a “themed” bedroom. Too many prints and patterns can deter potential buyers.
Clean out closets to show the most storage potential.
Add soft bedding, throw pillows and blankets to add pops of color to a Primary bedroom.
